I am Mohammed Sohail from KGF. I had coronary artery disease. All the three of my coronary coronary blood vessels were blocked. I was diagnosed to have coronary artery disease triple vessel disease, so it was diagnosed one year back so the doctors in KGF suggested me for bypass surgery, which I was not willing to undergo. Mr. Noor Mohammed, my father had ischemic heart disease and he was diagnosed to have coronary heart disease - triple vessel blockage at Narayana hrudayalaya Mysore. I came all the way from Hasan to get treatment, my for my father who is around 78 year-old at NH. They suggested bypass surgery, which my father and our brothers were not willing to subject him to bypass surgery. Considering his age and physical condition developed depression post advice of bypass surgery. My name is Shaikh I'm 56 years old i was admitted in jayadeva as heart failure unconscious and was incubated and put on ICU for 10 days and devloped pneumonia. My condition worsened and became critical and doctors advised me take me home, as they could not do anything. I am Fazil ahmed aged around 37 years,I went to Hospital with chest pain one month back doctors in the hospital, trop I and other investigations and said it is an acute heart attack had severe fatigue, nausea, vomiting body ache. as my troponin I was elevated, they immediately thrombolysed.. my chest pain disappeared, but other symptoms, persisted. Later they did angiogram and told me have coronary heart disease I told all the three vessels are blocked. While my overall experience at Revive Multispeciality Hospital was positive in terms of treatment,That said, I am extremely thankful for the medical care provided to my grandfather, Mr. Mehabooba Ali, who is around 83 years old and has been a diabetic for the last 15 years. He was suffering from a severe infection, extreme fatigue, and had stopped eating and walking. In a very critical condition, I took him to Dr. Mohan Kumar V, a consultant physician at Revive Multispeciality Hospital and Molecular Care Labs & Speciality Clinic. Dr. Mohan Kumar V took a detailed history, thoroughly evaluated him, and identified the infection as very severe — his CRP was elevated at 286. He immediately recommended hospital admission and suggested running a PCR ID PANEL test instead of the usual culture and sensitivity, as it is quicker and more effective in such situations. Within five hours, the test revealed a multi-drug resistant bacterial infection, including strains like multi-drug resistant E. coli and MRSA Staphylococcus. Based on these results, Dr. Mohan promptly started the correct antibiotics. In just seven days, my grandfather was feeling significantly better, was able to move around, and was discharged in a stable haemodynamic condition. I sincerely thank Dr. Mohan Kumar V for his deep expertise, quick decision-making, and empathetic approach. His ability to simplify and solve complex problems is truly impressive.
