Myself, Mr. Mohammed Madar, aged 62 years working as a LIC insurance advisor, suffering from long-standing diabetes for the last 20 years recently had a heart attack and went to BGS medical College in Bellur with chest discomfort and shortness of breath. Two days. I stayed in the hospital and later discharged, but my symptoms of shortness of breath persisted, so somebody suggested to go to Apollo hospital, Mysore wherein they admitted in the ICU suggested to undergo angiogram which I underwent and they found out coronary artery disease. All the three vessels are blocked 80 to 90% and my ejection fraction in the echocardiography was just 30% immediately they suggested for bypass surgery , once I am stabilised. I was very much devastated and not in a position to undergo bypass surgery because I read when the ejection fraction is low, the risk of mortality is higher. In such a scenario somebody suggested Dr Mohan Kumar V who is a Ecp consultant at Revive heart and multi speciality Hospital Mysore. So immediately I shifted to Revive hospital and under the guidance of Dr Mohan Kumar V started Ecp therapy along with other cardio diabetic medication.My sugar used to be always above 300 now with dr Mohan Kumar’s medication, sugars came to below one 160 not only that my energy level also improved within three days of Ecp therapy .So by the end of 35 sessions, I am feeling very confident and able to carry out my day-to-day activities really well. I am able to walk around 3 to 4 km comfortably which I could never ever dream. Unfortunately, nobody in the medical fraternity talks about Ecp therapy, which is novel and US FDA approved. Please google and find out about Ecp therapy so that many patients life can be saved, and the quality of life can be improved.I suggest you take the suggestion of Dr Mohan kumar V who really cares for his patients. 🔥1

I was admitted on 21-10-24 due to fever, fatigue, body imbalance. On 22-10-24 ID panel was done and was identified for infections such as Enterobacteriaceae, pan bacteria, coagulase negative staphylococcus, staphylococcus spp, meca, cmy. Treatment was started for the above infections. However second ID panel was done on 02-11-24 and was diagnosed for Aspergillus niger and Pan fungal infections for which treatment was given. But due to high fever third ID panel was done on 14-11-24 and was diagnosed for Acinetobacter baumannii, Enterobacteriaceae, Pan bacteria, NDM infections for which treatment was given. After one month I was completely recovery I was discharged on 25-11-24. I thank you Dr. Mohan kumar and his team for excellence treatment
